Crystal is a first-generation Mexican American and bilingual social worker (LSW) passionate about uplifting and advocating for immigrant communities. She holds an MSW from Loyola University with a specialization in migration studies and mental health. With over ten years of experience, Crystal is excited to continue providing culturally grounded, trauma-informed care and walking alongside immigrants as they build safety, stability, and a sense of belonging. In her role as an Outreach Case Manager, she is dedicated to supporting individuals and families throughout their transition and integration journeys.
