Rosa Hernandez

Director of Case Management

Before joining ICDI, Rosa has primarily worked with immigrant populations in the not-for-profit sector for over 25 years. She is inspired by her mom, who migrated to the USA in the 1970s, leaving everything behind, not knowing anyone or where life would take her.

Greg received his B.A. in chemistry from Millikin University. As a chemist, he worked with computers and then became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Trainer. Later, he developed a wide range of specialties, including security, migrations, and projectmanagement.

Sarah Ankunda

Sarah is most excited about being able to help make immigrants feel welcomed and comfortable in the United States alongside an amazing team. She has a B.A. in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.

Eduardo Rodriguez

Essentials Warehouse Associate

er********@*********go.org

Eduardo is most excited about welcoming immigrant communities to our beautiful city of Chicago and being a part of an organization that does so compassionately and humanely. As a first-generation Mexican-American, the struggles of creating a new life in a new country are not new to him or his family.

Gabriela Andrade Delao

Case Manager

Gabriela’s favorite part of her position is advocating for people in need and doing her best so that they feel heard and understood. Before joining ICDI, she worked as a substitute teacher for CPS and with immigrant youth at a non-profit organization. Gabriela received her B.S. in Design and Merchandising from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. While there, she volunteered at a Head Start program as a translator, where she discovered her passion for working with children and the immigrant population.
