Lynne is an expert in measuring the social value of non-profit programs. In her previous work as the Executive Director of 2020 MicroClinic Initiative, Lynne led efforts that significantly improved maternal and neonatal health outcomes in Kenya. She has been volunteering to assist ICDI to uncover and articulate its value to society. Lynne is a graduate of Northwestern, Princeton, and the University of Rochester where she earned a PhD in political science.
