Before joining ICDI, Rosa has primarily worked with immigrant populations in the not-for-profit sector for over 25 years. She is inspired by her mom, who migrated to the USA in the 1970s, leaving everything behind, not knowing anyone or where life would take her.
My parents’ journey and the many challenges they faced when arriving in this country. Their resilience and determination inspire me to support others navigating similar paths and to help expand opportunities within our communities. ICDI represents an opportunity to create meaningful and lasting impact.
